This class will include Understanding Fascia and Clinical Applications and NeuroAnatomy of the Lower Extremity. We will cover current research on the Fascial System and how you can use this in your practice. Then we will learn the anatomy of the nervous system as it exits at the sacrum. Students will learn how to recognize common dysfunctions of the nervous system such as Sciatica and plantar fasciitis and how to use a myofascial approach for long term relief.

This will be an embodied practice. We will be moving around quite a bit and doing a lot of hands on training. I will send out the manuals at least one week in advance so you can get a head start on vocabulary and concepts.
